So this time on ideas that will likely never see the light of day because reasons (why do I keep doing this to myself?) I was just watching Dartigan's "Everything Wrong With Batman The Telltale Series" and after hearing that bit about "I just thought of great DLC for Pay Day 2" my eyes just lit up with inspiration.
What if there was a game where you played as a couple of bad guys trying to rob a place? A bank, a jewel store, a military weapons cache, a charity event, some grand mansion or palace, what have you and you are literally racing the clock to get in and get out. If you run out of time, what should have been just a standard day of cr

Lore Tales - Unicorn - Morning Work Out
The morning air was quiet through out the house, a slight chill creeping across the ground from a cool evening breeze. Inside their room, Marisa slept snuggled into Eliza, the latter of who was sprawled across her bed, a light snore escaping her wide open mouth as she slumbered. Across from her, Beth was wrapped tightly in her sheets, laying in the closest point of her mattress to the furnace next to them, cozy as could be. It was a nice and quiet time as the three slept.
The silence was quickly shattered as the door was flung wide open by a fully awake Brunhild, fully dressed in her combat attire, minus the armor platting. "Time to get up,

Lore Tales - Unicorn - A New Beginning
"We've done a LOT of hiking the last couple of days..." Eliza grumbled as she walked behind the small group. After everything that had happened, the girl was ready to kick off her boots for a bit and relax. "Where is this place you have?"
"We're almost there." Brunhild called, limping along a bit. She herself needed to rest too. Though the magic cast by the falling snow during the fight with the Boundman had made her injuries non-life threatening as they might otherwise have been, she still needed to administer some proper care for a shattered knee and some broken ribs she'd gotten from the impact of those rings. A splint helped but she need
"His spell has long since waned, but now I am too weak to so much as tear my chains or shatter this abominable cage", she spoke with a quiet, raspy voice that hadn't been used in decades.
"Why would he do that? Extinguish all of you in such a rigorous manner?" There was obvious doubt in his query.
The vampiress took a deep, wheezing breath.
"He thought by eliminating one threat he could wholly focus on the other. But he was wrong... oh he was wrong.
He has shattered the balance, and now he must live with what the brought upon himself and all of humanity. For there is nothing equal to the power of the beasts of night." She spoke slowly, emphas

Chapter 7
Kyles mind was racing. He couldnt believe what he had just done. He was now a slave owner! He just had to get back home and straighten all of this out. Then he could help the bunny get back to where he belonged unless he was born into slavery and didnt have anywhere to go. Kyle felt the blood draining from his face. He hadnt quite thought this through that far, or about anything for that matter. What was he doing? He told the bunny to hang on to him as they exited the mall and Kyle leapt into the sky. He heard the bunny yelp with fright as they flew

STEVEN UNIVERSE SPOILERS
Well, a few episodes have come out now and I think three is a good enough number, so here's my review of the last few episodes of SU.
Buddy's Book
As far as lighter episodes go, I liked this one pretty well. It was nice to see Jamie again, who had been absent from the show for quite some time (of course, it was technically Buddy, but whatever) and his melodramatic demeanor helped lend a bit of charm to Buddy's journey of (self)discovery. This episode did what I like from most of their better "Beach City citizen" episodes, which is to center on one of the non-Gem-affiliated characters of the show, usually with a mor

Okay, let's get right to it.
Gem Hunt
I thought that this was a pretty standard episode, but definitely an improvement over a lot of what we were getting in the previous couple weeks. I liked the idea of having Connie go on her first mission, and it was cute seeing her and Steven interact with Pearl as their field trip supervisor. There were also a couple good jokes, but, overall, I felt again like this episode was a little slow. I liked the build up of there being something strange about the corrupted gems they were tracking and Connie setting herself up for failure with all her preparedness talk. But it all went

Summer of Steven: Week 1 Review (Spoilers)
So, since I'm presently devoting all my unpaid cartooning time to my original comic thingy (hopefully, assuming I don't abandon ship, I'll be confident enough to post a tiny bit of concept art sometime in the near future), I've decided to share some of my thoughts on the media which I compulsively consume. Because that's something the Internet clearly doesn't have enough of.
And so, without further ado, I present my brief reviews of this past week of Steven Universe episodes

Steven Floats
I thought this was a cute, if somewhat innocuous episode. Steven gets a new magical power and finds that he can't totally contr
